At Starlight Study, we want learners to feel comfortable asking questions — even the ones they think they should already know.
Our focus is supportive teaching that helps students understand what they are learning. Clear explanations, manageable steps and purposeful practice give children space to develop skills and confidence at their own pace.
We work with Primary, KS3 and GCSE learners through one-to-one and small-group tuition. We listen to the student and their family, discuss what needs attention and use curriculum-focused learning to guide the next steps.

It’s easier to keep going when learning starts to make sense. We make room for questions, break ideas into manageable steps and use purposeful practice to help students grow in confidence.

Parents and carers know their children well. Your perspective helps us understand where support may be useful, and conversations about progress help us consider what to focus on next.
Tuition is mainly online through Google Meet, with resources and assignments shared through Google Classroom. Local library sessions in the Blackpool area may also be available by individual arrangement. Starlight Study does not have a dedicated tuition centre.
